 到： 農業倫理  研究的行為準則

   

                        近代農業與近代企業的結合，雖然創造全球糧食產量的高峰，但是也產生了許多後遺症，包括食品結構所產生的健康問題、廣大窮人的糧食缺乏問題、以及環境破壞導致農業無法永續經營的問題等，不一而足。面臨石油匱乏以及全球暖化的危機，其解決的方式不只在於科技的改良與政策的改變，根本之道乃是需要針對近代農業與近代企業背後的典範基礎加以革命性的轉變，企盼能很快地從簡化式的「唯生產農業論」轉變到永續循環的「生態農業論」。這樣的轉變雖然困難重重，一如過去科學史上多次的科學革命一樣；可喜的是近十年來不論在出版界或者影音媒體界，都已提供不少精采的作品，足以讓各界觀看、省思與辯論。
