其中,引用文獻第62-67篇都指出農藥雞尾酒效應對人體細胞與組織的危害,第68-77篇是對於哺乳類與其他動物的影響。
報告指出,英國現行農藥監管體系與各國相同,只是針對單獨農藥進行評估,沒有考慮雞尾酒效應來制定農藥殘留允許值,因此無法有效的維護人體與環境的健康。
