農林間作 
Agroforestry

• 定義：

1) The combination of agriculture and forestry technologies to create more integrated, diverse, productive, profitable, healthy and sustainable land-use systems.  

2) A dynamic, ecologically based, natural resources management system that, through the integration of trees on farms and in the agricultural landscape, diversifies and sustains production for increased social, economic and environmental benefits for land users at all levels.

• 農林間作與坡地農業：個例 (田籬間作 Alley cropping或 Hedgerow Intercropping)

田籬間作 Alley cropping 或 Hedgerow Intercropping：每隔4-6公尺寬以速生樹種植成田籬，田籬之間種植一般農作物。種植作物前修剪作為綠肥並且避免遮蔭。
